Call for Abstracts 2025
The Virginia Bariatric Society invites abstract submissions for the 2025 Annual Meeting. We welcome original research, case studies, and quality improvement projects related to bariatric surgery and metabolic health. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work, share innovative ideas, and contribute to the advancement of bariatric care.
Submissions are due by June 1st.
MVBP Award Submission
At VBS this year, we will recognize non-surgeon team members who are MVBPs (Most Valuable Bariatric People), but may not always get recognized because they are not speakers/presenters or do other roles that makes them faces of their programs. This could be anyone from administrative staff to advanced practice providers.
