Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) and the Virginia State Chapter of the ASMBS. The ASMBS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

Credit Designation

The American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Nursing credits up to 11.25 CE contact hours are provided by Taylor College, Los Angeles, California (may not be accepted for national certification). Provider is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP-3285, for the stated number of contact hours.

Credit Claim Instructions

ASMBS is using the Cvent learning management system for credit claiming. Please keep an eye out after the activity for an email from Cvent prompting you to complete a survey. The email will be sent to the email you used to register for this activity. Upon completing the survey, you will automatically receive your CME certificate.
